If you need to register please follow these instructions. We highly recommend you first print and read through these instructions prior to completing the registration process:

1. Go to America on the Move's home page, www.AmericaOnTheMove.org, click Individuals (right side).
2. Click “Get Involved Today” (middle of page at the end of the second paragraph).
3. Under Individual, select Full Access, and click Continue.
4. Fill in the fields for your e-mail, password, and birthday.
5. Next to Group Registration Code enter: MSUMOVES
6. Click Next.
7. In the following screens, enter additional information. Note:  At the bottom of the next registration screen it is important to mark YES next to the question “Would you like to receive daily email tips?”
8. Print a copy of your Welcome E-mail for confirmation of your MSU Moves registration. Save this confirmation. It may be required in order to obtain products, receive incentives, or participate in MSU Moves programs.
9. If you would like a MSU Moves pedometer (free while supplies last) to help you keep track of your activity level you can get one by doing the following:

a) Print your “Welcome to MSU Moves” email and bring it in to one of the MSU Moves cosponsors at the following locations:

b) Health4U at 330 Olin Health Center; Intramural Sports and Recreative Services at the Equipment Checkout Centers at the Circle, East, or West locations; or Olin Health Center-Health Education Services-371 Olin Health Center.
